Intelligence without fiction.
Realty Desk only tells you what it actually knows. When it doesn’t know, it says so — on the lead, on the call, and in the report.
Four principles, and what each one looks like on screen.
When Realty Desk doesn’t know, it says so.
Facts stay facts.
If 83 leads exist, Realty Desk reports 83. A lead isn’t marked hot until someone has actually spoken to them.
AI doesn’t fill gaps with guesses.
If a transcription or summary fails, you see that it failed — never an invented transcript.
Forecasts are clearly identified.
Forecasts are worked out from your own pace and are labelled as forecasts — never presented as actual revenue.
Progress shows only when recorded.
Construction progress appears only when someone on site recorded it.
What does honesty look like on screen?
Honesty is easy to claim. Here is how it actually looks in Realty Desk when something failed, hasn’t happened yet, or is only a forecast.
Every enquiry is recorded as new, already known or repeat. The total is those three added up — nothing rounded, nothing projected.
The recording is still there to listen to. What isn’t there is an invented transcript or a made-up summary.
Heat is only set after a real conversation. Until then the lead says so, instead of guessing from the form.
A forecast sits next to the actual figure, never inside it. It is worked out by rules and says so.
A visit isn’t counted as completed, or as a success, until someone records what happened. Until then it is flagged.
Why won’t Realty Desk fill the gaps?
Because owners make real decisions on these numbers — how much to spend on a campaign, which caller needs help, how much money is coming in. One invented transcript or one forecast dressed up as revenue, and every other number becomes a question.
So Realty Desk uses AI for language — calls, notes and questions — and uses your records and plain rules for counts and money.
Questions about our numbers.
Does Realty Desk ever estimate lead counts?
No. Lead and enquiry counts come from records. Each enquiry is recorded as new, already known or repeat, and the totals are those records added up.
What happens when AI transcription fails?
The call shows “Transcription unavailable” and no summary is written. Realty Desk does not invent a transcript or a summary to fill the gap.
Are Realty Desk’s forecasts made by AI?
No. Forecasts are worked out by fixed rules from your own numbers, labelled as forecasts with the note “No AI is used for these numbers”, and never added to actual revenue.
Why does a new lead have no Hot, Warm or Cold?
Because nobody has spoken to the buyer yet. Heat is only set by the caller after a real conversation — until then it stays blank, so a hot lead means someone actually talked to them.
