Build it, sell it and collect it.
Projects, inventory, campaigns, sales teams, demand letters, collections and channel partners — in one system, so the booking isn’t where your records stop.
What does a developer’s day look like in Realty Desk? in five screens.
You open Realty Desk in the morning and see the whole business: which campaigns are bringing real buyers, which units are left, what money is due and who is waiting on a call back.
Times are an exampleOne unit status, for everyone, at once.
Towers and flats with type, area, price and status. A buyer’s requirement is matched against units that are really available.
Know which leads were new — and which were already yours.
Every enquiry is checked by phone number. A campaign is credited with new buyers, already-known buyers and repeats separately — so a campaign that recycles your old leads is easy to spot.
The money after the booking is in the same place as the sale.
Demand letters per buyer and flat, payment schedules, amount raised against received, aging and reconciliation. Cancelled flats are left out of the totals.
Payment reminders are queued automatically. Sending them to buyers over WhatsApp comes with WhatsApp automation — coming next, not live yet. Buyers can already see their schedule, ledger and demand letters in the customer portal.

Questions developers ask first.
Can a developer manage several projects in Realty Desk?
Yes. Each project has its own inventory, campaigns and callers. Each person sees the projects and campaigns ticked for them in Team, so a telecaller on one project never sees another project’s leads.
Can we keep our demand sheet in Google Sheets?
Yes. Realty Desk can sync demand letters from your Google Sheet, or you can enter them in Realty Desk. Either way you see amount raised against received, what is outstanding and overdue, and each buyer’s ledger.
Does Realty Desk send payment reminders to buyers?
Realty Desk queues payment reminders automatically. Sending them to buyers over WhatsApp comes with WhatsApp automation, which is coming next and not live yet.
How do channel partners work?
Partners get their own portal. They register buyers, your team approves or rejects each registration, and the partner can follow their buyers through to booking. Commission is tracked against the booking.
