Realty Desk doesn’t end when the sales team closes the lead.

Without a portal“How much is due this month?”“Did you receive my cheque?”“Can you send the agreement again?”

Every one is a phone call to your office, answered by someone who has to look it up.

One ledger

Your accounts team and the buyer see the same numbers.

The portal isn’t a separate copy. It reads the demand letters, payments and outstanding amount straight from Realty Desk’s collections ledger — so there is only one version of what the buyer owes.

FAQ

Questions about the portal.

What can a buyer see in the Realty Desk customer portal?

Their booking, payment schedule, payments made, demand letters, documents and the amount outstanding — plus any updates the builder chooses to share, and a place to raise service requests.

How does a buyer get into the portal?

Your team invites the buyer. They sign in with their phone number and a password they set from the invite, and they see only their own booking.

Are the portal’s numbers the same as the builder’s?

Yes. The portal reads from the same demand and collections ledger your accounts team uses. When a payment is recorded, the buyer’s payments and outstanding amount reflect it.

Can buyers raise a complaint or a request?

Yes. Buyers can raise a service request from the portal — a payment question, a document, anything else — and see its status as your team works on it.

Your real-estate operation has enough moving parts. They shouldn’t live in different systems.
