About Trade Hamlet

We’re building software for businesses that still run on disconnected tools.

Trade Hamlet is the company behind Realty Desk. We started with real estate, where one buyer’s story is split across a Facebook form, a telecaller’s phone, a site-office register and an accounts sheet.

01The company

Trade Hamlet

An Indian software company. We build for businesses whose work is real and physical — flats, sites, payments — but whose records are scattered across sheets, phones and registers.

Realty Desk

Our first product: a real estate operating system for developers and agencies in India. Leads, calls, site visits, inventory, bookings and collections, connected.

Why real estate first

Every stage has an owner. Nobody sees the whole of it.

Marketing runs the ads. Telecallers make the calls. Someone at the site office handles visits. Accounts raises demand letters. Each does their part well — and the buyer falls through the gaps between them. Realty Desk exists to join those parts into one operation.

How we work
Say what is live — and what isn’t.Anything not yet available is called “coming next”, everywhere we mention it.
Label sample data.Every number on this website is sample data and says so. We don’t show customer logos or testimonials we can’t back up.
Never fill a gap with a guess. If a call can’t be transcribed, Realty Desk says so. Forecasts are labelled as forecasts.

Your real-estate operation has enough moving parts. They shouldn’t live in different systems.
