From “interested” to “visited”.
A site visit is where most bookings are won or lost. Realty Desk tracks every one — from the booking to the result.
Booked isn’t the same as visited. Realty Desk counts completed visits, no-shows and cancellations separately, so the site-visit report shows what actually happened.
Booked. Confirmed. Reminded.
A visit is booked straight from the call. Visits coming up that still need a confirmation call show in Smart Call. The team is reminded before the day, and a change of plan is a reschedule — not a deleted entry.
What happened at the site?
Every visit ends with a result, and every result creates the next step. Tap one to see what Realty Desk does next.
A visit with no outcome is flagged.
The buyer came, but nobody wrote down what happened. Those visits are flagged until someone picks a result — and then the lead’s stage is moved on after the visit.
It’s the quiet gap where interested buyers go cold. Now it’s a list with names on it.
Common questions about site visits.
How does Realty Desk track site visits?
Each visit has a status — scheduled, confirmed, rescheduled, completed, no-show or cancelled — with its date, project and lead. The team is reminded before the visit, and after it the caller records what happened.
What happens if nobody records the visit result?
Completed visits without an outcome are flagged so they can’t quietly disappear. Once a result is picked, the flag clears and the lead’s stage moves on.
Are no-shows counted?
Yes. No-shows and cancellations are counted separately in the site-visit report, so you see how many visits really happened, not just how many were booked.
