Every conversation becomes usable data.
Your telecallers already talk to buyers all day. Realty Desk turns each of those calls into a transcript, a summary, the buyer’s mood and the next thing to do.
A recording is a file. Nobody listens back.
A folder of MP3s doesn’t tell a manager what a buyer wanted, and it doesn’t remind the caller what to do next. Realty Desk reads every call and writes down what matters, right on the lead.
Summary
What the call was about, in a few plain lines.
Key points
Budget, unit type, objections, family, timing — whatever came up.
Next steps
What should happen after this call, and by when.
Buyer mood
Positive, neutral or negative, with a short reason why.
The last conversation, in front of you before the phone rings.
Before a follow-up call, the caller sees a short brief: what the buyer said last time, the latest notes, and one clear thing to do on this call.
- 01It remembers for themNo scrolling through old notes while the buyer waits on the line.
- 02It stays currentA new note or a new call updates the brief by itself.
- 03It’s on both screensOn the web and in the Android app, before every follow-up call.
From the phone’s recorder to the right lead.
No new phone and no new number. The telecaller keeps calling the way they already do, and the recordings find their way to the right lead.
The phone records
The telecaller’s own Android call recorder saves the call, as it already does.
The app finds it
The Realty Desk app watches the recordings folder you connect once.
It uploads itself
New recordings go up automatically — nobody has to remember.
It lands on the lead
Matched to the buyer by phone number, then transcribed and summarised.
Every call your team made, in one list.
All calls by day. Incoming and outgoing, when the phone tells us. A card for each telecaller, a history for each customer, and the auto-recording status of every phone.
One buyer, every call.
Open a customer and see each call with its recording, summary and mood — so whoever picks up the lead next knows the whole story.
Call length and direction are shown when the phone or recorder provides them. When it doesn’t, Realty Desk leaves them blank rather than guessing.
A failed transcript is shown as failed. It says so.
Bad lines, silence and heavy noise happen. When a transcription or summary fails, the call is marked that way. Realty Desk never fills the gap with invented text.
How Realty Desk keeps numbers honestDoes Realty Desk record calls?
Realty Desk uses the phone’s own call recorder. The Realty Desk Android app picks up new recordings from the folder you connect and uploads them automatically, matched to the lead by phone number. You can also upload a recording by hand on the web.
Can Realty Desk transcribe calls in Assamese?
Yes. Calls are transcribed in Assamese, Bengali, Hindi and English using Indian-language speech AI, and the language is detected for each call. Everyday mixing of English words into Assamese or Hindi is normal and expected.
Does it work for Bengali calls?
Yes. Bengali is one of the four languages Realty Desk transcribes today, alongside Assamese, Hindi and English. Each call then gets a summary, key points, next steps and the buyer’s mood.
How do recordings get into Realty Desk?
Three ways: automatically from the telecaller’s Android phone through the Realty Desk app, by uploading a file on the web, or from a cloud telephony provider that can send recordings to Realty Desk.
